FAVORITE COLOR
Black. It is not at all a sad or depressing color, on the contrary, I find it magnetic, elegant and mysterious as the night. I love the night.
YOUR MUSIC AND SONG
Johny Cash. I like everything about him, from his lyrics, music to his character. I’m hooked by intense and slightly disturbed people.
Right now I’m hooked on a song written by folk songwriter Steve Goodman (1948-1984) and versioned by Cash himself, among others. It is called The City of New Orleans, and represents an overnight train that makes the route Chicago-New Orleans. It seems Goodman wrote it as in a trip he made on that train to visit his wife’s family.

I have breakfast, calmly and quietly, while looking at something on my iPad. Then I’m going to shower and get ready, listening to music and singing.

Go and have a coffee by myself, looking at people, analyze them, thinking… but above all alone. Lately I have discovered the virtues and benefits of well-managed solitude.
WHAT IS YOUR PASSION
Life. I think it’s fabulous and unpredictable. You never know what is going to happen which gives me the sensation of adrenaline that I love. I am a person of “impulses”, maybe that’s why.
WHAT DOES LOOKING AFTER YOURSELF MEAN TO YOU?
It is to enjoy every moment. It may sound like a cliché, but it’s the truth. For me every week is special, things always happen and new emotions and challenges appear. It is clear that not everything has to be always positive, we know that this life is governed by ups and downs, peaks and valleys.
Listen to your inner self, know what you feel and what you want and do it. One of my favorite moments is when I’m home alone, I pour myself a glass of wine, play music, dance and allow myself the luxury of imagining without limits. To me this is what looking after yourself means, making yourself happy.
